Béziers did not forget its title of " capital of wines " of the last century. Since about 20 years, to find its rank, it changed its methods, privileging a quality vine growing to a massive production.

It declines with passion wines and soils today and count henceforth on a complete palette. Béziers produces appreciated and all over the world recognized wines.

Earth of vineyards certainly but especially earth of vintage wines. Behind the economic activity, it is an ancestral culture which continues: that of the vine.

This history of "soil" does not continue any more more than in the memory of the old.
